Lepidolite 

The stone of peace, lepidolite actually has a chemical that is also present in most anti-depressants. Now I am not saying you lick or eat the stone because I don't think that would taste nice but instead have it with you so your supported with peace, tranquility and calm and healing emotionally from difficults and traumatic situations.

 Black obsidian 

the stone of protection, the last thing you need when your struggling mentally is other people's negative energy effecting you. Black obsidian places a protective shield around you and your energy, but in a much more gentle way than black tourmaline does for example. It's also extremely grounding and helps to give you clarity on situations that you may be struggling to see clearly.

kunzite

The stone of heartbreak, had to be here didn't it! Kunzite has such a lovely calming energy to it which cares and soothes you when your feeling broken. Personally I found kunzite so good when I was going through heartbreak as it helps to support you in healing and moving forward with a happier heart.

Clear quartz

The stone of healing, it's an absolute staple for anyone as it gently helps amplify the properties of all the other crystals so that they are working to the best of there ability. It's also very clarifying so that you can see every situation clearly and all the mental fog is lifted.

Citrine

the stone of joy, I had to have a little drop of happiness in here didn't I! Citrine is a powerhouse of happiness, joy, luck, abundance and happiness is all packed into this little drop of joy. The ancient Greeks believed that citrine was apollos attempt to put the sun into crystal form and that is absolutely what represents.
