The stone of tranquility, it really is the peaceful comforting stone in my opinion. So often when you are chronically unwell physically, mentally you take quite a hit too because of all the extra worry and stress that comes with it. Lepidolite eases that, it's like a hug that's gentle and comforting in a beautiful purple stone. It is also said to relieve pain and make things easier to cope with.

Hematite

the stone of grounding, hematite is extremely grounding and protective. When your chronically ill I find that you can often be more easily effected by other people's negative energies much more easily, but hematite is here to make sure your protected! It's also great for iron levels which can heavily effect your energy. Just don't lick it! 

Rainbow moonstone

The stone of emotional healing, it helps you feel and recognize your emotions, being chronically ill brings a lot of emotional turmoil with it and it can be so difficult to process and cope with these emotions. Moonstone helps you see them for what they are and accept that they are valid, you are valid and so are your emotions. 

Carnelian

The stone of courage, those of us with chronic illness are some of the bravest people out there, because so often we are going about our day to day lives while feeling a level of pain that would put most people in hospital. Carnelian helps as remember how extremely powerful we are, while also keeping our emotions stable and giving us a much needed boost of energy.
