 I feel like amethyst has a gentle feminine energy to it, it really helps when your feeling stressed and frustrated and helps you calm down, it's really good at helping you sleep if your having a lot of sleepless nights too.

Personally amethyst is my very favourite crystal, it's such a classic and that is for a reason. It's soothing, peaceful, protective and of course is also beautiful.
