Palm stones

Palm stones, as the name suggests are made to fit into your hand and they do! I will often hold a Palm stone, they are good if you have anxiety as a fidget or something to focus yourself with.

They are perfect for meditation because they are so comfortable to hold, also good for setting intentions because of the same reason! You can also pop them into a pocket or a bag easily too.
